St. Joseph Catholic Academy
Cultivating exceptional scholars to know, love and serve Jesus Christ.
About Us
St. Joseph Catholic Academy (SJCA) is a nonprofit educational ministry of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Kansas City–St. Joseph, formed through the collaboration of the St. Joseph-area parishes: Cathedral of St. Joseph, St. Francis Xavier, St. James, St. Patrick, St. Mary’s, St. Rose of Lima, and Our Lady of Guadalupe.
Rooted in a proud tradition of Catholic education spanning over a century, the Academy unites these historic parish schools into one faith-filled community. By streamlining internal operations, SJCA empowers teachers and pastors to focus more intentionally on their students, all while cultivating exceptional scholars to know, love, and serve Jesus Christ.
SJCA serves students from early childhood through high school across the following campuses:
-
St. Gianna Early Childhood Center
-
Cathedral School
-
St. Francis Xavier Catholic School
-
St. James Catholic School
-
Bishop LeBlond High School
